Quality Control:
Method validation is important to us for internal
quality
control as we are Proficiency Tested and Certified with running
standard
methods 160.1 (Total Dissolved Solids), 160.2(Total Suspended Solids),
160.3(Total
Residue Solids) for Water, Waste Water and Industrial wastes.
We are proficient performing fundamental methods for
determining solids bulk densities and particle size also known as a
sieve
analysis. Using of Ro-Tap instrumentation, the particle-size
distribution is
reported as the weight percentage retained on each of the series of
standard
sieves. We report the outcome and results in either: microns, inches, U.S. Tyler mesh, or
U.S. No. For all other
analysis we are committed
to utilizing laboratories that are tested and certified for the
analysis being
reported such as TMECC for composting.
The fundamental element of quality control is to
understand
all of the components involved during processing procedures and how
they work
together. Our goal is to continually and repetitively learn and
understand each
product and its unique chemical and physical conformation along with
biological
constituents that are carried through from use of our technology.
