Born
of a marketing concept, PulverDryer's scaled unit is a fully-capable
unit for processing short quantities or delicate materials. From
pharmaceutical compound blending to blueberry pulp processing, this
stainless-steel food grade unit can process at the same ratios as the
full scale unit.
Its' smaller stature gives us the ability to test various processes in
a single day with shorter clean up times in-between.
Features include: 1/3 sized venturi, base frame air tank, turbine
housing purge system, exact HMI control system as full-size unit, all
food-grade materials inline with process path, and the ability to
process in a single pass or batching mode.
